Employee Timecard Reminder

Purpose: shows supervisors a list of employees that have already turned in their timecard and a list of employees that still need to turn in their timecard

Example subject line:  "[Timecard] Status of of 02 employee  employee timecards for for January 6 - 19, 2014)"Description: 

Proxy Added Notification

Purpose: confirmation when you add a proxy

Example subject line:  "[Timecard] Jeff Silzer has  has been added as one of your proxies"Description: 

Proxy Removed Notification

Purpose: confirmation when you remove a proxy

Example subject line: "[Timecard] Jeff Silzer has  has been removed as one of your proxies"Description: 

HR Resubmit Notification

Purpose: notification that HR has likely modified and resubmitted one of your employee's timecards

Example subject line: "[Timecard] HR has resubmitted resubmitted Adam Crownoble's timecard for  timecard for December 16 - 31, 2014"

Description: 

New Job/Position Notification

Purpose: notification that your new employee has access the timecard.biola.edu.

Example subject line: "[Timecard] Jeff Silzer's timecard for  timecard for Director, Application Services is  is now available!"Description:
