To transfer a caller to another extension 

1. Press the Transfer button.Image Added Image Removed

2. Dial the desired extension.

3. Give original caller’s name/information. 

4. Press the Transfer button again and hang up.Image Added Image Removed

To forward calls to another extension

1. Press the CFwdALL or Forward All button (depending on your phone).

2. Dial number where calls are to be forwarded (7400 for forwarding to voicemail).

3. Press the CFwdALL or Forward All button again.

To cancel call forward

1. Press the CFwdALL or Forward Off button (depending on your phone).

To place a caller on hold

1. Press the Hold button .

To return to a caller on hold

1. Press the Resume softkey.
