To transfer a caller to another extension 

1. Press the Transfer button. 

2. Dial the desired extension.

3. Give Communicate the original caller’s name /and information. 

4. Press the Transfer button again and hang up. 

To forward calls to another extension

1. Press theCFwdALL or Forward All button (depending on your phone) Forward all softkey.

2. Dial number where calls are to be forwarded (7400 for forwarding to forward to voicemail).

3. Press the CFwdALL or Forward All button again.

To cancel call forward

1. Press theCFwdALL or Forward Off button (depending on your phone) Forward off softkey.

To place a caller on hold

1. Press the Hold button. 

To return to a caller on hold

1. Press the Resume softkey.
