To transfer a caller to another extension 

1. Press the Transfer button.Image Modified 
2. Dial the desired extension.
3. Communicate the original caller’s name and information. 
4. Press the Transfer button again and hang up.Image Modified 

To forward calls to another extension

1. Press the Forward all softkey.
2. Dial number where calls are to be forwarded (7400 to forward to voicemail).

To cancel call forward

1. Press the Forward off softkey.

To place a caller on hold

1. Press the Hold button.Image Modified 

To return to a caller on hold

1. Press the Resume softkey.
