Come to the IT Helpdesk in lower Metzger. Bring your picture ID card.

If you can't come to the IT Helpdesk, call the Registrar at (562) 903-4720.

Tell them the following:

1. You have already tried the instructions given by IT.
2. You need the Registrar to add a personal email address to your account in Biola's system.

Once you have a personal email address in the system, start over at "How to Find Your NetID or Password" above.

Alumni Relations staff will work with IT to put your personal email address in the system, start over at "How to Find Your NetID or Password" aboveinto the system. IT will send a password reset link to your personal email address.
