Go to http://kbox.biola.edu.

Log in with your NetID and password.

Select User Console Library on the left of the page after logging-in.

Downloads from the sidebar.

Click on the link for the installer you'd like to run.

Click the "Install Now" button.

If you don't see the " Install Now" button, try restarting your computer and logging - in to Self Service again. If it's still not there, contact the IT Helpdesk.
