Biola uses CrashPlan to back up computer data.

This page explains how to check to see if CrashPlan is backing up your data.

1Click on the arrow in the System Tray, and look for the CrashPlan icon. Click on You can put your mouse arrow over the icon to display see the backup status.

If your computer is not backing up, it will ask you to sign-in to CrashPlan to initiate the backupLook at the color of the CrashPlan icon.

If the icon is black, then CrashPlan is backing up.

If the icon is gray or absent, then CrashPlan is not backing up.

Click on the icon to show CrashPlan's status.
