Open CrashPlan.

  • Mac: Go to the Applications folder and double-click on the CrashPlan application.
  • Windows: Go to Start menu > All Programs > CrashPlan > CrashPlan .

2Log in with your NetID and password.

De-select the check marks next to the files that you'd like to exclude from

being backed-up

Click Save.

The selected files will be immediately removed from the server, and will not be backed up in the future.
