This page explains the steps for opening and using the Dell Kace Self Service website (aka KBOX) on a Windows computer, also called the User Console Library.

Self Service allows you to download and install software.

Go to http://kbox.biola.edu.

Log in with your NetID and password.

Select Downloads from the sidebar.

2Click on the link for the installer you'd like to run.

Click the Install button.

If you don't see the Install button, try restarting your computer and logging in to Self Service again. If it's still not there, contact the IT Helpdesk.

A window will pop up within a few seconds on your computer saying the installation is ready to begin.

Click OK.
