Introduction

These instructions will help you back up your computer's data to Biola's CrashPlan service.

Step	What to Do	What It Looks Like
1	Windows: Click on in the bottom left corner of the screen. Mac: Click on the in the top right corner of the screen.
2	Type CrashPlan.
4	Select CrashPlan (Mac) or Code42 CrashPlan PROe (Windows) from the search results.
5	Have you logged in to CrashPlan before? If yes, log in using your NetID and password. If no, click on Sign up for an account. Enter your NetID and password into the Username and Password fields.
6	Click Details.
7	Click on Run backup now to initiate a backup. Backups will happen automatically every 15 minutes after that. After your computer has finished backing up for the first time, you can quickly check if your computer is backing up on CrashPlan.
