How to Get It

Students/Faculty/Staff: 

Students/Alumni:

  • Biola does not
offer this software to Students for personal use at this time. However, you may go to the Canvas store for more information on how to get this service.
  • If you need this software for a course, please fill out the Computer Software Request Form.
    • Requirements for the Service

    A Windows 7, 8.1 or 10 computer:

    • CPU: 1 GHz or faster x86 or x64 processor
    • RAM: 1 GB (2+ GB recommended)

    A macOS High Sierra or later computer:

    • RAM: 2 GB (4+ GB recommended)
    • currently offer access to Cognos Analytics to Students or Alumni.
    Requirements for the Service
    • Access to the Biola network (either with an on-campus wired/wireless connection or through Biola's VPN, Cisco AnyConnect).
    • An active NetID and password.
    • You must be either Biola Staff or Faculty.
