To help project your voice in the classroom, IT can provide you with microphone options, like wireless lapel mics, wearable speaker packs, and in some locations - podium microphones.

Please note:

There is a world-wide technology shortage due to a sharp increase in demand and disrupted supply chains. We have wireless lapel mics on order. If they do not arrive in time we may substitute wearable speaker packs.

Need Help in class? Find the QR code posted on the wall of the classroom that says “Need Tech Help?" and use your phone to instantly video chat a support person. This is an excellent way for you to show IT what is happening in the room using your phone camera.

How can I request video chat support?

IT has placed a QR code on the wall of each classroom near the podium. Once you scan the QR code with your smart phone camera you will be redirected to our video chat website.

Do I need to install an app?

No. Our video chat service uses the mobile browser already on your phone, so you won't need to download or install any applications.

All you need to do is allow our site temporary access to your camera and mic when prompted.
