IT using one of these options if you are having network connection problems:
  • Submit a Network Connection Incident Report form (a useful way to quickly report the most relevant information)
  • Call

    Network connection problems are often complex and can happen for different reasons --- provide us with as much information as possible so we can effectively troubleshoot and resolve your network connection problems
