This page describes how to select an email address to send a scan to from an HP copier.

StepWhat to do
1Log in to the HP copier using your ID card or your NetID & password.
2Press the Scan option.
3Press the Scan to Email option.
4Select the desired contact email address to send the scan to.

If the contact is saved in your user account:

  1. Press the square button with a person in it next to the "To:" field.
  2. Press the Personal YourNamedrop-down menu and select Personal (if not already selected).
  3. Press the desired email address.

If the contact has been saved for all users:

  1. Press the square button with a person in it next to the "To:" field.
  2. Press the Personal YourNamedrop-down menu and select Local (if not already selected).
  3. Press the desired email address.

If the contact hasn't been saved to the copier:

  1. Type the desired email address in the To: field and press Ok.
5Press the green Send option.
