Introduction

In 2022, Google recently announced significant changes to Google Workspace for Education which affects Biola’s use of Google storage and the Google services we use everyday every day — Gmail, Drive, and Photos.

All Alumni will need to transition to a personal email account as soon as possibleafter graduating.

On November 1, 2022, Biola deactivated all Google accounts for all alumni who graduated prior to Fall 2021.
On December 15, 2022, all Google accounts for alumni whose final term was Spring 2021 or earlier have been deleted and are not recoverable.

For recent alumni, see: Student Google Account Deprovisioning for the current timelines.
