There are two ways to get IT remote support via Zoom: | ||

Step | What to do | |
1 | Go to zoom.us/download. | |
2 | Locate the Zoom Clients for Meetings and click the Download button. | |
3 | Save the installer to your desktop. | |
4 | Locate the installer file and double-click on it to start the install process. | |
5 | Follow the on-screen prompts to install Zoom. | |
