Cisco Unity voicemail is the new voice messaging system attached to the new Cisco phone system. 

(Please note: voicemail messages cannot be transferred between the new Cisco phone system and the main campus phone system. As the main campus is converted, this feature will be restored.)

Access Cisco Unity Voicemail from Cisco Phones

1. From your Cisco phone, press the Messages button, and enter your password, Image Removed6-digit voicemail PIN. Image Added
   1. When finished, hang up.
2. From another Cisco phone or to check messages from other mailboxes (not your own), press the Messages button, then press *. Enter your phone number4-digit extension, then your voicemail password, Image Removed

Exit Cisco Unity voicemail

1. Hang enter your 6-digit voicemail PIN.
   1. When finished, hang up.

Access Cisco Unity Voicemail from Cisco Jabber

1. Click the Voice Messages button in Jabber to play and delete your voicemail messages.

2. To check messages for other mailboxes (not your own), click on Search or Call, enter #4700 then press *. Enter the 4-digit extension, then enter the 6-digit voicemail PIN.
   1. When finished, hang up.
