Introduction

This page explains the steps for installing Cisco AnyConnect on a Mac or Windows computer.

1	Go to vpn.biola.edu on your Mac. Sign in with your NetID and passwordBiola email address.	Image RemovedImage Added

3	Click on Download for macOS and follow the on-screen instructions to install the application.
4	Open the Cisco AnyConnect app from your Applications folder.
5	Type in the server address: vpn.biola.edu and click connect.	Image Removed
6	Type in your NetID and password and click OK.	Image Removed
7	Click Accept to agree to the terms of service.	Image Removed
8	AnyConnect may run updates. Once the updates complete you can begin using Cisco AnyConnect.	Image Removed
9	Click on the Apple at the top-left of your computer and select System Preferences...	10	Click Security & Privacy.	11	Click the General tab.	12	Click the padlock at the bottom left of the Security & Privacy window and enter your computer username & password.	13	Click the Allow button.	14	Click Allow on the pop-up window. 4	Follow the instructions on the next screen to download and run the AnyConnect installer. The process will vary depending on which browser you're usingAgree to the terms of service.	Image Added
3	Click on Download for Windows and follow the on-screen instructions to install the application.	Image Added
4	Find and open the the installer on your computer, by default it should be on your downloads folder. If the installer doesn't run automatically, double-click the installer package that your browser downloaded.	Image RemovedImage Added

6	Click Next.
7	Click the first radio button to accept the terms, then click Next.
8	Click Install.
9	Wait for the installer to finish, then click Finish.	Image Modified
