To transfer a caller to another

1. While on a call, press the Transfer button. 
2. Dial the desired extension.
3. Communicate the original caller’s name and information. 
4. Press the Transfer button again and hang up.Image Removed 

To forward calls to another extension

1. Press the  Forward all softkey.Dial a number where calls are the call is to be forwardedtransferred. For example:
   
   1. Type 7400 to forward to voicemailanother 4-digit extension.
   2. Type an outside number in the 915625551212 format to forward transfer to an outside phone number.

To cancel call forward

1. Press the Forward off softkey.

To return to a caller on hold
