Install the Jabber for Mac applicationOpen Cisco Jabber from your applications folder.
Click Agree to accept the License Agreement
Click Continue from the Welcome screen
Note: The following steps will require you to be connected to the Biola Secure wireless network, or connected to Biola's network via VPN.
Choose Cisco Unified Presence service and click Continue
Enter your NetID and click Continue
Enter your NetID Password
Enter the server name ucm-imp1.biola.edu and Continue
Setup visual voice mail by clicking on Password Cannot be Empty at the bottom
Enter NetID and NetID Password and click Apply
If a Verify Certificate prompt pops up, click Always Trust
Setup is complete!

Enter your @biola.edu email address (use NetID@biola.edu if off-campus & not on VPN)
Click Continue
Enter your NetID password in the password field
Note: You may need to delete your Biola email address from the top textbox before entering your NetID.
Click Sign In
The setup is complete!
