To transfer a caller to another

...

extension 

  1. While on a call, press the Transfer button. 
  2. Dial the desired extension.
  3. Communicate the original caller’s name and information. 
  4. Press the Transfer button again and hang up.Image Removed 

To forward calls to another extension

  1. Press the Forward all softkey.
  2. Dial a number where calls are to be forwarded:Type 7400 to forward to voicemailnumber where the call is to be transferred. For example:
    1. Type another 4-digit extension.
    2. Type an outside number in the 915625551212 format to forward transfer to an outside phone number.

To cancel call forward

  1. Press the Forward off softkey.

To place a caller on hold

  1. Press the Hold button.Image Removed 

To return to a caller on hold

  1. Press the Resume softkey.

To place Conference Calls

  1. Place the first call. Wait for the recipient to answer.
  2. Press the Conference button.
  3. Place the additional call. Wait for the recipient to answer.
  4. Press the Conference button to merge the calls.
  5. Repeat the process from step 2 to merge up to five people to your conference call.

To place Conference Calls with Cisco Jabber

  1.  Place the first call. Wait for the recipient to answer.
  2.  Place the additional call from the "Search or Call" box. Wait for the recipient to answer.

  3. Click once on Jabber video screen.

  4. Hover mouse pointer over the icons on the screen to reveal the labels of each icon.
