To transfer a caller to another
...
extension
- While on a call, press the Transfer button.
- Dial the desired extension.
- Communicate the original caller’s name and information.
- Press the Transfer button again and hang up.
To forward calls to another extension
- Press the Forward all softkey.
- Dial a number where calls are to be forwarded:Type 7400 to forward to voicemailnumber where the call is to be transferred. For example:
- Type another 4-digit extension.
- Type an outside number in the 915625551212 format to forward transfer to an outside phone number.
To cancel call forward
- Press the Forward off softkey.
To place a caller on hold
- Press the Hold button.
To return to a caller on hold
- Press the Resume softkey.
To place Conference Calls
- Place the first call. Wait for the recipient to answer.
- Press the Conference button.
- Place the additional call. Wait for the recipient to answer.
- Press the Conference button to merge the calls.
- Repeat the process from step 2 to merge up to five people to your conference call.
To place Conference Calls with Cisco Jabber
- Place the first call. Wait for the recipient to answer.
- Place the additional call from the "Search or Call" box. Wait for the recipient to answer.
- Click once on Jabber video screen.
- Hover mouse pointer over the icons on the screen to reveal the labels of each icon.
- Click on the "Merge" option.
- Repeat the process from step 2 to merge up to five people to your conference call.Communicate the original caller’s name and information.
- Press the Transfer button again and hang up.
