1 | Log in to gmail.com using your Biola email address and password. | |||||||||
2 | Click the Settings icon toward the top-right of the window. | |||||||||
3 | Click See all settings from the pop-up navigation menu. | |||||||||
4 | Click Accounts tab from the navigation menu. | |||||||||
5 | Mark as read: Choose whether you would like delegated users to be able to mark emails as read when they view them. Sender information: Choose whether you would like sent emails to show which delegated user sent them | 6 | Click Add another account.

7 | Type the Biola email address of the user you would like to give delegated access to and click Next Step. * Users can only give Gmail delegation to @biola.edu email accounts. | |||||||||
8 | Click Send email to grant access. | |||||||||
9 | Repeat steps 6-8 for each user you would like to have Gmail delegation to. | |||||||||
10 | All granted users will receive an email invitation asking them to accept the delegation. It may take up to 30 minutes after accepting delegation for it to show up in their accounts. Please see the following pages for more information on how to accept and use Gmail delegation: |
