Open the Jabber applicationOpen Cisco Jabber from your applications folder.
Click Agree to accept the License Agreement
Click Continue from the Welcome screen
Note: The following steps will require you to be connected to the Biola Secure wireless network, or connected to Biola's network via VPN.
Enter your Biola email address. For example, first.last@biola.edu. Then click Continue.
Enter your NetID and Password and click Sign In
.
Enter your @biola.edu email address (use NetID@biola.edu if off-campus & not on VPN)
Click Continue
Enter your NetID password in the password field
Note: You may need to delete your Biola email address from the top textbox before entering your NetID.
Click Sign In
The setup is complete!
