Introduction

Column

This page explains how to use Gmail delegation of another account once a user has accepted an invitation. It assumes you have already accepted the Gmail delegation email sent to you by the account owner.

Gmail delegation gives users limited access to a department email account to read and send emails from it. The account stays secure as delegation does not share the password, and account owners can revoke a user's access at any time.
