To transfer a caller to another

Press the Transfer button.

Dial the desired extension.

- While on a call, press the Transfer button.
- Dial the number where the call is to be transferred. For example:
- Type another 4-digit extension.
- Type an outside number in the 915625551212 format to transfer to an outside phone number.
- Communicate the original caller’s name and information.
- Press the Transfer button again and hang up.
To forward calls to another extension
Press the CFwdALL or Forward All button (depending on your phone).
Dial number where calls are to be forwarded (7400 for forwarding to voicemail).
Press the CFwdALL or Forward All button again.
To cancel call forward
Press the CFwdALL or Forward Off button (depending on your phone).
To place a caller on hold
Press the Hold button
.
To return to a caller on hold
- Press the Resume softkey.
