How to Get Access:

Academic departments: Administrative Assistants, Chairs, or Deans can email the it.helpdesk@biola.edu and request  To request access for a staff or faculty member in the department — provide the email address and full name of the person that needs accessan academic department, the Administrative Assistant, Chair, or Dean must submit the Admissions System Access Request form.

Administrative departments: Designated functional technicians account approvers in each department can email the it.helpdesk@biola.edu and request access for a staff member in the department — provide the email address and full name of the person that needs access.
