This page contains basic instructions for recording time worked in timecard.biola.edu.

Clocking in and out as you work

The easiest method for recording time worked is to clock in at the beginning of your shift and clock out at the end of your shift.

Clocking In:

  1. Optional: Use the  and  buttons to modify the time displayed.
  2. Click on the "In" button to clock in.

Clocking Out:

  1. Optional: Use the  and  buttons to modify the time displayed.
  2. Click on the "Out" button to clock out.

Logging time for a previous day

If you forget to log your time on a previous day, you can still add your time worked.

Select the date

Click on a date from the display pay period calendar

Log your in and out times

There are two methods for logging your in and out times:

  • Log your time worked with the Clock In and Clock Out buttons. See instructions above.
  • Copy your work hours from the previous day. See instructions below.

Copying work hours from the previous day

If you work the same schedule most days and you have recorded time for the previous day, then you can copy your previous day's timecard hours.

Instead of clocking in and out, just click on the "Reuse times from the day before" link.
