Install the Jabber for Mac application
Click Agree to the License Agreement
Click Continue from the Welcome screen
Note: The following steps will require you to be connected to the Biola Secure wireless network, or connected to Biola's network via VPN.
Choose Cisco Unified Presence service and click Continue
Enter your NetID and click Continue
Enter your NetID Password
Enter the server name ucm-imp1.biola.edu and Continue
Trust the certificate requests you see by clicking on Show Certificate (this will be corrected shortly)
Click Always trust "UCM-IMP1.biola.edu" and click Continue
Setup visual voice mail by clicking on Password Cannot be Empty at the bottom
Enter NetID and NetID Password and click Apply
If a Verify Certificate prompt pops up, click Always Trust
Setup is complete!
