Phone portability

You can move your phone anywhere on campus yourself, plugging it into any administrative office ethernet jack and maintaining your own phone number/extension, phone settings, and calling privileges.

Soft-phone options

This system brings the ability to use a software phone solution (i.e. PC-based phone service) instead of, or in addition to, the physical phone handset on your desk. Cisco Jabber is the tool available with this new phone system.

Send calls to voicemail

You can send any incoming call to voicemail on-demand by pressing the Decline soft button.

Single Number Reach

With the Cisco Self-Care Portal, users can configure the phone system to ring their mobile phone simultaneous to ringing their desk phone.
