Your personal extension
Your telephone extension remains the same on the new Cisco phone system.
Switchboard
The number for the main switchboard remains (562) 903-6000. This number continues to reach a switchboard operator, 24 hours a day. To reach the main switchboard from a Cisco phone, dial 0.
Automated attendant
Callers dialing (562) 944-0351 continue to have their calls answered by an automated attendant, with the same dialing options.
Outside calls
Callers on Cisco phones can still call outside the university by dialing 9+number (include 1+ the area code, if outside area code 562).

For support, including requests for a new telephone or data connection, repairs, or service, contact the IT Helpdesk at extension 4740.
Directory
The same searchable telephone directory can be found in my.Biola via the "Directory" button.
Billing
A detailed statement, listing all phone charges for each phone in a department, will still be sent to each department once a month.
