To Record or Change an Alternate Greeting

This feature allows you to record an alternate greeting for special situations, such as a vacation or other extended time away from the office.

  1. From your own phone, press the Messages button. Enter your 6-digit voicemail PIN. 
  2. Press 4 for Set-up options.
  3. Press 1 to Access your greetings.
