Phone - Transfer & forward calls. Conference Calls

To transfer a caller to another extension 

1. While on a call, press the Transfer button. 
2. Dial the desired extension.
3. Communicate the original caller’s name and information. 
4. Press the Transfer button again and hang up. 

To forward calls to another extension

1. Press the Forward all softkey.
2. Dial a number where calls are to be forwarded:
   1. Type 7400 to forward to voicemail.
   2. Type an outside number in the 915625551212 format to forward to an outside phone.

To cancel call forward

1. Press the Forward off softkey.

To place a caller on hold

1. Press the Hold button. 

To return to a caller on hold

1. Press the Resume softkey.

To place Conference Calls with Cisco Jabber

1.  Place the first call and wait for the recipient to answer.
2.  Place the additional call from the "Search or Call" box and wait for the recipient to answer.
   
3. Click once on Jabber video screen.
   
   
4. Hover mouse pointer over the icons on the screen to reveal the labels of each icon.
   
   
5. Click on the "Merge" option.
   
   
6. Repeat the process from step 2 to merge up to five more people to your conference call.
