Access Cisco Unity Voicemail from Cisco Phones

  1. From your Cisco phone, press the Messages button, and enter your 6-digit voicemail PIN. 
    1. When finished, hang up.
  2. From another Cisco phone (not your own), press the Messages button, then press *. Enter your 4-digit extension, then enter your 6-digit voicemail PIN.
    1. When finished, hang up.

Access Cisco Unity Voicemail from Cisco Jabber

  1. Click the Voice Messages button in Jabber to play and delete your voicemail messages.
