Phone System Costs

Usage Charges:
Long Distance:	$0.13 per minute.	Calls placed to numbers located within the Continental United States and US Territories.
Local:	$0.03 per minute	Calls placed to numbers located within 11 miles from the local Central Office.
International:	Costs vary per country.	Please contact the IT Coordinator at it.coordinator@biola.edu for more information.

Monthly Line Charges:
Regular Extensions:	$6 per month	Monthly cost includes the enabling of phone access for a four digit extension, voice mail, Jabber softphone access and programming as needed, and repairs costs for regular wear and tear of phone asset.
Direct Phone Number:	$12 per month	Monthly cost includes the enabling of phone access for a direct 10-digit phone number, voice mail, Jabber softphone access and programming as needed, and repairs costs for regular wear and tear of phone asset.

New Phone Installations:
Standard Office Phone:	$576	Costs includes the purchase of a Cisco 8841 VoIP Phone for $548 with shipping and sales tax Included, and current labor rate of $28 per hour. Phone assets can be installed to an available Data line. Data line costs are not included. Order process of new phones can take up to 10 business days.
