Introduction

This page explains the steps for finding your NetID or password if you don't know them already.

If you need to reset your password, follow the steps at How to Reset Your NetID Password.

How to Find Your NetID or Password

1Go to login.biola.edu.
2Click on "Forgot your NetID or password?"

Type your Biola ID number into the field, and click Go.

Click on one of the "click here" links.

Password reset link: If you choose the first option, the login system will send a password reset link to the alternate personal email address on file. This email message will include your NetID.

Security questions: This option will only appear if you have previously configured your security questions. If you don't see this option, you'll have to use the password reset link option.

 


What to Do If It Doesn't Work

If the procedure above doesn't work, follow the instructions below.

If you're a(n)...You should...
Student

Come to the IT Helpdesk in lower Metzger. Bring your picture ID card.

If you can't come to the IT Helpdesk, call the Registrar at (562) 903-4720.

Tell them the following:

  1. You have already tried the instructions given by IT.
  2. You need the Registrar to add a personal email address to your account in Biola's system.

Once you have a personal email address in the system, start over at "How to Find Your NetID or Password" above.

Alumnus or AlumnaC

all Alumni Relations at (562) 903-4720.

Tell them the following:

  1. You have already tried the instructions given by IT.
  2. You need the Registrar to add a personal email address to your account in Biola's system.

Once you have a personal email address in the system, start over at "How to Find Your NetID or Password" above.
