Use Scanners in the Library Mac Lab

| 1 | Open Image Capture from Macintosh HD/Applications/. | |
| 2 | Select Show Details in the bottom right corner of the window. | |
| 3 | Select a desired Scan to location. |  |
| 4 | Name the file. | |
| 5 | Fill out all desired scan preferences. | |
| 6 | Click Scan. |
Troubleshooting Steps
If Image Capture is open and the scanner is not recognized, quit Image Capture, then re-open it.
In order to scan images, “CanoScan LiDE 700F” must be a recognized device in the Image Capture program.
