Two Ways to Get Remote Help from IT
There are two ways to get IT remote support via Zoom:
- Immediate Assistance: Call the IT Helpdesk at 562-587-8290 and ask to set up a Zoom support session. Please note that during peak support times, like the beginning of a semester, this option may be limited. Consider a remote support appointment instead.
- Remote Support Appointment: To sign up for a remote support appointment, please see our Tech Support Appointment Calendar, select the Remote Technical Assistance Calendar, and select a day/time. You will receive an email inviting you to the remote support session, along with a Zoom meeting link. When it's time for the appointment, click on the Zoom link in the email.
Directions for Installing Zoom and Joining a Remote Support Session with IT
For your safety, only follow steps 3 or 4 while in direct communication with a Biola IT Helpdesk technician.
