Introduction
Users must provide a Google 2-Step Verification (TSV) code when accessing their Google Workspace from a new device. They should follow these instructions for accounts configured with text message or voice call verification methods.
How to Use a Google 2-Step Verification Code

| 1 | Go to gmail.com and log in with your Biola email address and password. | |
| 2 | You should receive a text message or voice call with your six-digit verification code. Note: If you don't, click Try another way and click Get a verification code at (***) ***-****. If you are unable to retrieve a verification code, please contact the IT Helpdesk at it.helpdesk@biola.edu or 562.903.4740 for assistance. | |
| 3 | Enter your verification code and click Next. | |
