How to Ensure Your Account has Google 2-Step Enabled

This page gives the steps to ensure Google 2-Step Verification has been enabled on your Biola Google account.

Step	What to do
1	Go to gmail.com and log in using your Biola email address and password.
2	Once logged in to your Gmail account, go to your Google account's security page and confirm your login credentials.
3	Confirm your 2-Step Verification status says On (located in the Signing in to Google section).
4	If it says Off, please follow our instructions on How to Enable Google 2-Step Verification. If it does say On, click the Personal info tab on the left and confirm the email address listed is your Biola email address. If it lists your Biola email address, please let us know and we can look into why our system says it is not. If it lists another email address, open an Incognito/Private/InPrivate Browser window and then follow our instructions on How to Enable Google 2-Step Verification.
