Introduction

Biola uses CrashPlan Cloud to back up computer data.

This page explains how to check to see if CrashPlan Cloud is backing up your data.

If you suspect that CrashPlan Cloud is not backing up, contact the IT Helpdesk using one of the methods listed in the sidebar.

If you have not signed in to CrashPlan, sign-in to CrashPlan to verify the backup.


2If you are already signed in, click on the Code42 icon on your computer's tray on the bottom right corner of the screen and click Open Code42... to show the backup status.

If you have not signed in to CrashPlan, sign-in to CrashPlan to verify the backup.

Once you are signed in, click on the Code42 icon on your computer's menu bar to show the backup status.

Note: This will be toward the top right-hand corner of your screen, near the clock.
