Stanley graduated from the Bible institute in 1917. In December 1919, The King's Business refers to Frank Stanley as "Evangelist Frank Stanley" who was "having splendid campaigns the past summer" along with Earl Cochran as his singer. One of the places they held these campaigns was in the Emmanuel Presbyterian Church in Colorado Springs, Colorado which was pastored at the time by Rev. H. J.
