Introduction


This page describes how to add an email address to an HP copier. Once added, individuals' email addresses can be easily selected as the destination for HP scanning.




Process Description


StepWhat to do
1Log in to the HP copier using your ID card or your NetID & password.
2Swipe the screen to the left and press the Contacts button.
3Press the square button with the picture of a person and plus on the bottom left of the screen.
4Press the drop-down menu on the top left that says Personal YourName.

Select the save option that best fits how you would like to the contact added:

  • Personal = Only accessible from your user account.
  • Local = Accessible from all user accounts.
6Fill out a Display Name, Last Name, First Name and Email Address.
7Press the Save button at the bottom-right of the screen.
