Biola provides a Cisco desk phone to every benefitted Biola Staff and Faculty for use at assigned desk at Biola. This phone allows them to make on-campus calls to other Staff or Faculty using extensions as well as off-campus calls domestically and internationally. Biola's Phone service relies on VoIP technology to make and receive calls over a wired network connection.

How to Request the Service

New Employees: IT will reach out to the supervisor for a new employee to set up the phone for the new employee.

Request a Department Phone: Contact the IT Helpdesk.

Requirements for the Service
  • An active NetID and password
  • The Staff or Faculty affiliation
  • An active ethernet port
