This page explains the steps for finding your NetID or password if you don't know them already.

How to Find Your NetID or Password

| 1 | Go to login.biola.edu. |  |
| 2 | Click on "Forgot your NetID or password?" | |
| 3 | Type your Biola ID number into the field, and click Go. Result: The login system will send a password reset link to the alternate personal email address on file. This email message will include your NetID. Note
If you don't know your Biola ID number, or if you don't have a personal email address on file, you'll need to contact the IT Helpdesk using one of the contact methods in the sidebar to the left.
