Introduction

Google Drive is IT’s recommended tool for sharing non-sensitive files of all types and sizes with people in- and outside of Biola.

Google’s web-based tools allow you to

  • easily add and share files from a web browser or your desktop computer,
  • embed shared files in a web page or email signature, or
  • use short links and track the number of clicks.
