Access Cisco Unity Voicemail from Cisco Phones

  1. From your Cisco phone, press the Messages button, and enter your 6-digit voicemail PIN. 
    1. When finished, hang up.
  2. From another Cisco phone (not your own) or to check messages from other mailboxes (not your own), press the Messages button, then press *. Enter your 4-digit extension, then enter your 6-digit voicemail PIN.
    1. When finished, hang up.

Access Cisco Unity Voicemail from Cisco Jabber

  1. Click the Voice Messages button in Jabber to play and delete your voicemail messages.
