How to Synchronize Microsoft Outlook with Google Apps

Step	What to Do	How It Looks
1	Go to http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gappssyncstandalone.
2	Click the Download Google Apps Sync button.
3	Run the googleappssyncsetup.exe file that you downloaded. If a Security Warning pops up asking if you want to run the file, click Run.
4	When the "Please sign-in to Google Apps Sync" window pops up, enter your Biola email address into the Email address field.
5	Confirm that the Remember me box is checked, and click Continue.
6	A new web browser page will open requesting access to your Google Apps account. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click Accept.
7	In the "Set up Google Apps Sync for Microsoft Outlook" window, click the Create Profile button.
8	Click Start Microsoft Outlook to open Microsoft Outlook and start the GASMO synchronization.
9	Wait for synchronization to finish.
