Introduction

This page explains the steps for opening and using the Dell Kace Self Service website (aka KBOX) on a Windows computer, also called the User Console Library.

Self Service allows you to download and install software.


How to Log In to Self Service

Go to http://kbox.biola.edu.

Log in with your NetID and password.

Select User Console Library on the left of the page after logging-in.

2Click on the installer you'd like to run.

Click the "Install Now" button.

 

Tip

If you don't see the "Install Now" button, try restarting your computer and logging-in to Self Service again. If it's still not there, contact the IT Helpdesk.

4A window will pop-up within a few seconds on your computer saying the installation is ready to begin. Click "Ok."
5A confirmation window will appear when the installation has completed.
