If you are unable to place an international call from your desk phone or Jabber, please have your authorized budget manager contact IT to have international calling enabled and to approve the additional phone charges.
To place international calls
- Verify the international calling method needed for placing the call.
- Look up the international country code.
- Place the call normally by dialing "9", the area (or country) code, and phone number.
- Wait for call to be placed.
