Class of 1938
The class of 1938 was composed of 48 graduates: 25 women and 23 men.
The class motto was "Set for the defence (sic) of the gospel."<ref>The Biolan, 1938, p 25</ref> The class song was "The Steering Star" by Annie Johnson Flint<ref>The Biolan, 1938, p 24</ref> and the class poem was "Set for the Defense of the Gospel" by Annabel Lee Crumly.<ref>The Biolan, 1938, p 36</ref>
The 48 graduates carried on much "Practical Work" and issued a report<ref>The Biolan, 1938, p 70</ref> on such work in the Biolan.
